We developed a cohesive brand that allows for customers to be at the heart of the experience. Keeping things simple and direct, and staying far away from expected tropes and gimmicks we’ve brought clarity to an otherwise chaotic landscape.

Working closely with With Clarity’s photography team, we created a photography style across five different categories: product on model, product in studio, lifestyle, shopping process, and behind the scenes. Across all categories, out photography is lived in and relatable, capturing small moments in real situations where the ring would live.

We’ve created a system that supports and cares for With Clarity customers. We’ve helped With Clarity modernize an intimidating and cookie-cutter experience into one that feels real.

While people are looking to do more online, shopping for an engagement ring is still steeped in the tradition of visiting a jeweler to try on rings. To challenge the perception of buying an engagement ring online we focused on creating a guided experience with simple, actionable steps, help around every corner, and a vast knowledge library backed by expert gemologists.

We created a flexible and responsive design system to unify all digital touchpoints.

Fully aware that the ring buying process can be overwhelming, we took every opportunity to show some extra love and add personal touches with packaging inserts that encourage customers to feel confident in their decision.
